The Customer
Service Department was established in January 1997 for the purpose
of achieving customers total satisfaction of Zamil products
and services quality. Zamil Air Conditioners / customer service
department (CSD) provides different channels to the customers
from all categories to voice and / or write their inquiries,
concerns, complaints, and claims directly to the Department,
where a skilled and trained Customer Service Representatives
will handle each and every case.
