Following the outstanding development and growth of the 'Service & Parts' department, combined with progression of Zamil Air Conditioners into a leading manufacturer of air conditioning products, the old 'Service & Parts' department was branched out in 1999, into a fully independent business entity 'Zamil CoolCare'.

In no time, the new company made a mark for itself, offering several solutions in the form of annual service and maintenance contracts for banks, industrial establishments, retail outlets and homes, in addition to the regular service calls. Today, Zamil CoolCare is the region's premier air-conditioning equipment service and maintenance provider, with over 600 qualified technicians spread across 12 branches in whole of Saudi Arabia.

Combining both the resources and expertise that stem from over three decades of being an integral part of the region's largest air conditioner manufacturer, Zamil CoolCare is now planning to expand its operations in other countries in GCC and the Middle East region. It has already opened a branch office in Dubai and is planning for more.
